Differential Output is Weird when the Window is too Small

For some reason when the window is too short, the bedrock still gets rendered at the bottom.

Normal:

Another problem is when the window is too narrow, the CLS_TO_END escape codes clear the next line when they wrap too the next line.

We should responsively deal with the terminal size on resize too.
