ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml shared issue-creation config, no forms
A repository named .github is special: GitHub renders profile/README.md as
the organization's front page, and repositories without their own
ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ inherit config.yml from here.
config.yml carries no issue forms — only blank_issues_enabled: false and
three contact links. js is the only public repository with real code in it, so
the inherited default sends SDK bugs there and everything else to the FAQ and
the dashboard rather than collecting it in a repository nobody triages.
The profile page loads its image over raw.githubusercontent.com, which serves
public repositories only. design and landing are private, so a profile
pointing at either renders a broken image for every visitor. The lockup in
profile/assets/ is a copy kept here for that reason.
The copy is the organization avatar, from
avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/155025328, transcoded from JPEG to PNG so the
extension matches the bytes. When the avatar changes, refresh the copy here to
match.
