docs: Paper B G2b cell + residual reframe - #171

Frontier table gains the G2b rung (4.8231 [2.194,2.554], CI-overlapping with 2.1's [1.91,2.35]); the causal-tests paragraph reframes: both directions of the classical-corpus lever fail, the residual is a teacher-student interaction the corpus cannot reach, and on-policy distillation is the live lever.

G2b's measured rung enters the CI frontier table; the domain-coverage attribution is rejected in both directions (E6 swap −0.98pp, G2b add flat with overlapping CIs). Reframes the residual as corpus-unreachable; on-policy (GKD, in flight) is next.
