chore(release): prepare 3.2.1-beta.8 prerelease

Prepare the explicitly requested beta.8 prerelease after merging #345 and #346, including the beta fixes merged since beta.7.

• Set the project and Melon version to 3.2.1-beta.8.
• Add curated notes covering phone discovery, item icons, diagnostics, accessories, NPC configuration, packaging patch binding, contacts, and abstraction documentation.
• Publish from the merged beta commit using v3.2.1-beta.8, with the existing GitHub-only prerelease workflow.

Compatibility

Only version metadata and release notes change. Public APIs, defaults, namespaces, saves, and network formats are unchanged.

Validation

The combined candidate builds with zero warnings/errors on both configurations and passes 775/775 Mono and 749/749 IL2CPP contract tests. Prior live checks for the merged fixes are recorded in #345 and #346 and scoped in the release notes. Hosted documentation and compatibility gates must pass before merge and tagging.

This release preparation follows the maintainer's explicit request; it introduces no new bug fix or feature requiring a separate issue.
