The repo-level SECURITY.md directed reporters to security@hyperledger.org and to filing a confidential bug in JIRA at jira.hyperledger.org, with further detail on wiki.hyperledger.org. All three are retired, so the documented reporting paths no longer reach anyone. Delete the file so the repository inherits the org-wide policy published in hyperledger/.github. That policy describes GitHub private vulnerability reporting, which is enabled on this repository, and gives the current LF Decentralized Trust security list as the email intake.
