chore: remove Lovable platform dependencies for self-hosting - #23

Decouple the toolchain from the Lovable platform and prepare for self-hosting on Vercel. - Rewrite vite.config.ts with upstream plugins (devtools-vite, react-start plugin, tailwindcss, vite-tsconfig-paths, nitro) and target the Vercel Build Output API via nitro preset vercel (build-only, so dev keeps TanStack Start's HMR-tracking environment) - Drop @lovable.dev/vite-tanstack-config from package.json and clean bunfig.toml minimumReleaseAgeExcludes - Delete src/lib/lovable-error-reporting.ts; __root.tsx now uses console.error for error reporting - Point SITE_ORIGIN at the new Vercel domain placeholder (update once live) - Remove Lovable mentions from README.md and AGENTS.md - Ignore .vercel/output build artifacts Co-authored-by: monkeycode-ai <monkeycode-ai@chaitin.com>
