chore(lcm): Bump up LCM version to release the Redshift boolean fix - #2122
The LCM pipeline builds a new lcm-bricks image only when VERSION changes. #2121 did not change VERSION, so the merge queue did not build an image with the Redshift BOOLEAN fix.
After the merge, the gate pipeline builds lcm-bricks and lcm-bricks-nextversion 3.7.113, deploys them to staging, runs the LCM e2e tests and promotes the images to stable.
Version 3.7.113 also contains #2116 (CA blocklist). Production runs 3.7.111, so the production retag delivers both changes.
No actionable code risk remains; the release version change is ready after normal checks.

Explanation
The title names the main change: bumping the LCM version so the Redshift boolean fix is released. The raw summary confirms VERSION moves from 3.7.112 to 3.7.113, and the objectives say this bump is what triggers the image build that carries the fix. The title is short, single-sentence, and specific. The 'chore(lcm):' prefix is a conventional-commit scope and does not reduce clarity.
