docs: drop the Go Report Card badge, the service is retired - #9

goreportcard.com has been sunset. Every badge request now returns a grey pill reading "go report: retired" — verified against unrelated control modules (gin-gonic/gin, spf13/cobra), which return the same, so this is a service-wide shutdown and not a failed lookup for this module. The badge therefore advertised a dead service rather than any property of this code. Removing the image and its link. No substitute badge is added: CI, Go Reference, coverage and licence badges already carry that signal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
