goreportcard.com has been sunset: every badge request now returns a grey pill reading go report: retired.

Verified against unrelated control modules — gin-gonic/gin and spf13/cobra return the same aria-label="go report: retired" — so this is a service-wide shutdown, not a failed lookup for this module.

The badge advertised a dead service rather than any property of this code, so this removes the image and its link. No substitute badge is added: CI, Go Reference, coverage and licence badges already carry that signal.

One line removed from README.md; nothing else touched.
