Looking at the list of published versions there is no version "0.70" https://www.npmjs.com/package/nodebb?activeTab=versions nor is there a tag for the project at that version https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/tags There IS a version 0.7.0 and I wonder if this may have been a typo. Hope all's well 👍
