Prepare dhttp 0.7.1 and dhttp-home 0.6.1 with a unified stapling.ocsp cache. Align SDK bridge versions, document the offline upgrade path and retain the published registry graph, including qudp 0.8.1 and libc 0.2.189. Verify formatting, locked registry metadata and package contents.

Prepare dhttp 0.7.1 and dhttp-home 0.6.1 with the identity OCSP cache unified at ssl/stapling.ocsp. Endpoint loads, SDK reload tests and credential fixtures use the same path. Offline deployments must prepare a valid staple at the new path; the old ssl/ocsp.der cache is no longer read. Online OCSP preparation continues to validate or refresh the cache.
Align the SDK bridge and Node/Python binding versions to 0.7.1, update changelog and release instructions, and refresh only workspace version entries in Cargo.lock. Retain dhttp-access 0.5.0, dhttp-log 0.2.0, qudp 0.8.1 and libc 0.2.189. This branch starts from the latest origin/main and retains its platform/coverage fixes.
Requests with handlers that remain silent for more than the previous 20–30 second QUIC idle timeout can fail before their response arrives. Named clients, anonymous clients and server listeners now advertise a five-minute idle timeout through one shared DHTTP configuration, also used when refreshing listener credentials. Both peers must use the new setting to obtain the full window; QUIC negotiates the shorter advertised timeout. This changes connection expiry without sending additional requests or periodic PINGs.
Validation: cargo fmt and git diff checks passed; locked all-feature registry metadata resolved without sibling path patches; locked offline package-content checks passed for home and dhttp. The dhttp-home OCSP unit test passed (1 test). The dhttp library tests (64 tests), listener lifecycle test and real HTTP/3 roundtrip passed, including named and anonymous requests that remain silent for 35 seconds and reuse their original connections. Locked offline Clippy for dhttp across all targets passed with warnings denied. These checks used the published dependency graph from an isolated checkout. Full workspace/all-feature checks, remaining platform checks and publish dry run remain for existing PR CI. Merge and tag v0.7.1 only after those pass; publication must publish home before dhttp. No tag or publication was performed. Multi-platform npm/PyPI publishing remains separate.
