The brief that every adoption-swarm session reads first: docs/adoption/swarm.md.

  • What it is. One cloud session per target prepares one contribution that brings GenClass into an open-source project or ecosystem: a race hunt with a fix and a regression test, an ecosystem package or registry entry, a curated-list entry, a framework example, or an evidence comment on an upstream issue.
  • The rules. Sessions prepare and never send: nothing is posted, forked, starred or pushed anywhere but this repository. Every number is measured, every draft carries an AI-assistance disclosure, and the target's own contribution and AI policy come first.
  • The hand-back. Each session opens a pull request here from adopt/<slug>, titled with a status: ready to send, needs owner decision, not worth sending, or blocked.
  • The loop. Section 7 of the brief: review and merge each report here, then send the ready ones from a personal account a few a day.

The file is byte-identical to a380e190, which is already on claude/exciting-bohr-yivjyo (#131), so #131 still merges cleanly. Cloud sessions start from main, which is why the brief has to be here. Docs only: no code, test or model-visible text changes.

…r-send, the hand-back format and the review loop)

The same file as a380e19 on claude/exciting-bohr-yivjyo (PR #131), byte for byte, so that PR merges cleanly;
cloud sessions start from main and read it there.
