Publish this with the API quota increase. The wording describes creation limits on definitions, including disabled ones; it does not change the request/response format or expense GET behaviour. The values match the API limit map. |

Description
Document the new custom expense-field creation limits: TEXT/SELECT share 30 slots, MULTI_SELECT/USER_LIST share 20, and NUMBER/BOOLEAN/LOCATION/DATE each allow 20.
Clarify that enabled and disabled definitions count and existing fields remain editable at capacity. Request and response formats stay the same. Publish with the API increase.
Validation: all eight PR checks passed. Admin OpenAPI bundle passed with CI-pinned Redocly 2.19.0; additional lint results match the default branch exactly. CI generated the matching reference/admin.yaml update, which was reviewed alongside the source description.
