Added partial scrambling logic to Thesis objects.

• Added scrambling for thesis names and subjects in order to make thesis rows unrecognizable.
• Added replacement data for thesis names.
• Renamed replacementdata files for context clarity.
• fixed a bug in the scrambling logic that caused unhandled key errors for missing keys by changing lookup to a get.
• fixed a bug in the scrambling logic that tried hashing dicts, by forcing content to str.

Known shortcomings:

• the responsibilityinfo object contains a title and a text field that both require scrambling but its not unique to this object and may be implemented at a later stage.
