feat(agenstra): plan mode

[me-marcel]

agenstra now has a plan mode that allows to run a plan on top of a provided input promt

it can be refined respectively with consecutive messages that are all encapsulated within the hidden plan chat

a plan bubbles back up to the original chat, similar to the way automation runs do
