Moves the pinned emulator images to the releases published on 2026-10-15:

OCI tenancy test

floci-oci 0.5.0 gives each tenancy its own Object Storage namespace and answers 404 NamespaceNotFound for a namespace that is not the caller's (floci-oci #68). The test that signs as a second tenancy listed buckets in the default tenancy's floci-local, so it failed with "Either the namespace floci-local does not exist or you are not authorized to access it". It now asks GetNamespace as that tenancy, checks the namespace differs from the default one, and lists there (tests/test_oci.py). The library itself needs no change.

Testing

Full unit and integration suite green against the four new images on the homelab runner.
