Adds automation create
--run-in current-chat|web. Omitted destination and scope stay absent on the wire so Safari can resolve the authenticated conversation; explicitteam_id=0remains distinct. Updates the typed SDK dependency, generated commands and agent guidance. Update commands cannot move the execution destination or scope.Validation:
go test -race ./..., build and skilldoc check passed without a local workspace override. CI builds/tests on Linux, macOS and Windows, lint and CodeQL passed. A Linux amd64 feature binary was staged only into the regression IM session and verified by SHA/version. Real Feishu creation passed for both omitted destination (current chat) and explicit--run-in web, including inherited scope and no immediate execution on creation.
