Africa needs more skilled software engineers, in mobile development, data science and beyond. Factory24 is Afrolynk's programme to close that gap: bootcamps and training, mentoring sessions and workshops, and a place where young entrepreneurs meet the people who will hire, fund and work with them. It runs in 8 African countries, including Tunisia, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and Uganda.

From course to contributor. Bootcamps, workshops and courses that take developers from learning to shipping real software.
|
Market-ready, together. Experienced mentors guide the next generation of African start-ups with expertise and know-how.
|
Real projects, in the open. About 60% of the projects we build are public, under OSI-approved licences, so graduates can contribute straight away.

Contributing is more than code: open a Factory24 chapter in your country or city, promote Factory24 in the media, mentor developers and founders, or write code and maintain open-source projects.
By taking part, online or at a live chapter event, you agree to our community guidelines: the Code of Conduct, the Maintainers' Best Practices and the Leadership & Governance Model, all in the contributing guide.
