- 👀 I lead global IT application governance @ Las Vegas Sands. I also work with my partner on Stylus Nexus, the product studio we co-founded to build data and AI-enabled applications, including CritForge, an AI campaign companion for D&D game masters.
- 🧭 19 years of business systems analysis and product delivery in regulated financial services and gaming. I map how applications, data, processes, controls, and people affect one another, then turn ambiguity into requirements, decision models, operating workflows, and roadmaps.
- 📜 Before that: LPL Financial, Temenos, BNY Mellon, and PNC, across development, business systems analysis, and product delivery. Development background: SQL and PL/SQL, Python, Informatica, Snowflake, ColdFusion, PHP, and now Next.js and React.
- 🛠️ I design workflows for AI-assisted work: control gates, lifecycle loops, human-in-the-loop design. See the App Governance Kit.
- 🌱 Currently building toward formal architecture ownership: data models, lineage, control gates, evaluation harnesses.
- 💞️ Open to collaborating on agentic workflow design, AI governance tooling, and anything where the interesting question is where the human stays in the loop.
