If this bump was made directly in the public mirror, it updates mirrored source manifests in a repository whose source changes are supposed to originate in evalops/maestro-internal; landing it here risks either being overwritten by the protected mirror workflow or diverging from the internal source of truth. Please apply the Cargo.toml/Cargo.lock update in the internal repo and let it mirror back.
