• advance the single current diagnostic bundle schema to emulebb.diagnostic-bundle.v5
• include bounded exact snapshots for servers, shared files, searches/results, transfers, uploads, and upload queue
• make truncation deterministic and report exact included/omitted counts and limits
• retain full local diagnostic values without redaction, including search evidence and upload score diagnostics
