Summary

• replace daemon-owned diagnostic dump files with authenticated inline emulebb.diagnostic-bundle.v4 capture
• embed the strict summary in the returned bundle and remove the retired path/byte-count wrapper
• update the WebUI to download the exact inline JSON through the browser
• pin the merged OpenAPI contract and the stacked bounded-storage harness
• remove a stale diagnostic lint expectation exposed by all-features clippy

Design

The reusable Rust profile owns only bounded diag_event_v2 segment/aggregate rings. Diagnostic bundle persistence is delegated to the caller, allowing the soak harness to store exact bundles in bounded campaign evidence without accumulating UUID files in the profile.
