DMM-guided calibration: calibrate_dac, calibrate_adc_gain, partial clear - #48

SDK: BenchPod.calibrate_dac(path, [(code16, volts), ...]) stores this pod's own DAC line from two DMM readings, calibrate_adc_gain(source) measures an ADC gain through a loopback, clear_calibration(part) clears one part. Calibration gains dac (DacLine), adc_gain_ppm, dmm, measured; Capabilities.cal_dmm. The cloud transport treats the new write forms as writes (never repeated). MCP: tools calibrate_dac, calibrate_adc_gain; calibrate clear_part. Docs and changelogs (2.13.2). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

SDK and MCP side of the DMM-guided pod calibration (firmware embeddedci-com/benchpod-firmware#61, design docs/benchpod-dmm-calibration.md).
SDK (
embeddedci2.13.3, unreleased; 2.13.2 ships without this. Do not merge before the firmware withcal_dmm, fw#61, is decided)BenchPod.calibrate_dac(path, [(code16, volts), (code16, volts)]): this pod's own DAC line from two DMM readings of set points driven withdac_output.BenchPod.calibrate_adc_gain(source):cal1,cal2orextthrough a loopback;Calibration.measuredsays what it saw.clear_calibration(part=None):offset,dacoradc.Calibration.dac(DacLine),adc_gain_ppm,dmm,measured,zero_count(the raw J8-open zero the pod now stores and derives its offset from, fw#61);Capabilities.cal_dmm;BenchPod.DMM_SET_POINTS; typesDacCalPath,AdcGainSource,CalibrationPart.dac/adc/partialclearas writes, so they are never repeated after an edge error.MCP (
embeddedci-mcp2.13.3): toolscalibrate_dac,calibrate_adc_gain;calibratetakesclear_part;calibrationreports the DMM parts.Docs: package READMEs ("Calibrating with a DMM"), API reference rows, changelogs. Tests: fake-pod unit tests for both packages, API and tool surface snapshots updated.
