Delete previous releases - #27

…ephemerality release.yml: before creating a new release, delete this branch's previous release and tag (main: plain "v*"; staging: "v*-staging") via gh release delete --cleanup-tag, best-effort so a first-run delete failure never blocks the release itself. main/staging each now keep exactly one release/tag at a time instead of accumulating history. README: document that behavior and the resulting caveat (tags aren't permanent — pin to whatever's currently latest, not an old tag number). Also add a live "latest release" badge plus explicit latest main vs latest release install instructions, replacing the previously hardcoded, easily-stale v0.1.0 references.
