feat(i18n): add Swedish translation

Swedish-speaking users currently fall back to English. Add Swedish translations for all existing translatable English Android resources: 789 strings, eight plural resources and 24 display arrays, covering playback, settings, Android Auto, widgets, downloads and onboarding.

Register sv in the shared locale configuration so Swedish is available in the app and Android language selectors, and document language selection in USAGE.md. Preserve resource keys, format arguments, plural categories, array ordering and resource references; keep internal preference values inherited from the defaults.

Validation completed: XML parsing, source-key/type/attribute parity, Java format argument and escaped-newline checks, array counts, Android resource compilation with AAPT2, and patch/whitespace checks.

Full Gradle checks/builds and physical-device UI checks have not been run because the Android SDK and a test device were unavailable. Before review, run ./gradlew check assembleTempusDebug assembleDegoogledDebug, inspect Swedish on both flavors and attach the requested before/after screenshots.
