My primary personal website and IndieWeb home where I blog about tech-related topics, microblog, and share weeknotes. I'm developing it slowly so that it becomes my main Internet hub where I can connect with others using Indieweb principles and not rely on social media platforms. BurgeonLab is built with Hugo and Indiekit. I'm a static site convert since learning Hugo and it's my favourite way to build sites—learn more about the technical aspects on my colophon page.

This was originally my first self-hosted WordPress blog. In Sept 2026, I revived the domain and converted it to a static site built with Quartz. Although WordPress was a negative experience overall; it allowed me to learn from experience, building a foundation of basic web development skills (like improving page performance, CDN integration, HTML/CSS tweaks, blog writing and SEO best practices, etc). With a brand new look and structure focused on personal knowledge base / digital gardens—I am keen on building my note collection.

This will be the place I share my photography-related content. I'm an avid hobbyist photographer and it's my biggest hobby. Ever since I left the Adobe ship (being a user for over 15y), I no longer have a portfolio up online. I plan to use this Hugo-built site as a portfolio and also write blogs about my gear, processes, etc.
