A privacy-focused web application that converts images between multiple formats directly in the browser. Files are processed locally and are not uploaded to a remote conversion service. The project is publicly available under the MIT License.

My work begins with understanding the client: how their business operates, what their product or service needs to accomplish, where current processes or technology create friction, and which weaknesses or risks may limit reliability, security, efficiency, or growth. I listen first, map the real requirements and operational context, and avoid proposing technology before the problem is clearly understood.
From that foundation, I design and implement practical solutions informed by my experience in IT infrastructure, ECM, automation, cloud services, and systems integration. I use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate research, prototyping, implementation, and documentation, while retaining professional responsibility for requirements, architecture, integration decisions, code review, testing, security, deployment, and operational outcomes. The goal is not technology for its own sake, but a solution that fits the client's business, solves the actual problem, and remains secure, understandable, maintainable, and supportable after launch.
