Born during the COVID-19 pandemic to bridge the gap between local businesses and locked-down households, Atiende represents my two most formative and productive years as an engineer. Co-founded with Leandro Zacaria, I took full ownership across the entire product lifecycle — from direct client discovery with shop owners to architectural decisions, multi-tenant engineering, automated testing, and live production operations.

• Automated WhatsApp Commerce: 24/7 ordering, customer service, and inquiry bot built on WhatsApp Cloud API, automating intake, sales routing, and instant PDF receipts.
• Multi-Tenant Architecture: Isolated database per tenant, centralized provisioning platform (app-tenants), real-time management dashboard, and payment webhooks (MercadoPago & Stripe).
• End-to-End Impact: Grew from an emergency pandemic tool into a comprehensive customer service and sales channel handling thousands of orders across multiple business verticals.
• AI & Spec-Driven Playground: Maintained post-production as a testbed for spec-driven engineering, automated runbooks, and legacy refactoring using Claude Code.

• AgendaLlena: Automated scheduling and booking bot integrated with the WhatsApp Cloud API.
• Workflow Agent: Stack-agnostic CLI tooling for agentic AI and developer workflow automation.

Practical code challenges completed during selection processes that resulted in successful job offers:

• Beeping: Backend order processing and calculation system built with Laravel, Redis, Laravel Horizon, and Docker. Features asynchronous queue jobs, scheduled Artisan commands (schedule:run), and automated controller tests.
• Memo Test: Fullstack memory card game built with React (Vite) and Apollo Client, powered by a decoupled Laravel GraphQL API (Lighthouse, MySQL, Docker) managing game logic and session states.

I recently revisited several early React and React Native projects to demonstrate production-grade refactoring: upgrading legacy tooling, resolving 100% of audit vulnerabilities, implementing clean state management, and introducing comprehensive automated test suites.
