Testing
Consumers on 0.7.1: platform
tsc --noEmit, 1605 unit and 349 integration tests; processor and frames tests (49 each) and the processor storyboard bundle check. The platform translation test now expects the 0.7.1 rule: translate from English rather than a regional default caption.Library build and 105 tests, skill tests (80), bundle check,
npm pack --dry-run(all-things-youtube-0.7.1.tgz, 22 files) and the packed-tarball tests passed.
