Add Snowflake support to the SQL language server so Snowflake SQL blocks in the Deepnote VS Code extension get table and column completions and diagnostics.
Current state
packages/server/src/database_libs has clients for BigQuery, MySQL, Postgres and SQLite (BigqueryClient.ts, MysqlClient.ts, PostgresClient.ts, Sqlite3Client.ts). There is no Snowflake client, so a Snowflake integration in the extension gets no schema-aware completions.
Needed
- A
SnowflakeClient implementing AbstractClient (schema, table and column introspection, likely via snowflake-sdk or INFORMATION_SCHEMA queries).
- Connection configuration for Snowflake in
getDatabaseClient and the settings schema (account, warehouse, database, schema, role, auth method).
- Dialect handling for Snowflake-specific syntax where the parser needs it.
The extension side is a dependency bump plus mapping its Snowflake integration config onto the new connection settings. It was originally filed as #31.
