Add six end-to-end CLI demos as animated GIFs in the README (hero + a new 'Video demos' section) and a deployable landing page. Every command and every line of output in the demos is real — recorded from the working CLI against the bundled demo models, nothing mocked. - README: a hero GIF (design-first) above the existing canvas.png screenshot (static screenshots kept), and a 'Video demos' section covering design-first, reverse/adopt, the drift gate, ontology anchoring, erwin import, and one-model-many-targets. GIFs autoplay inline on GitHub. - demos/: the demo harness — VHS tapes (the three narrative films), the standalone animated HTML scenes + their recorder (build.mjs, record.mjs), the greenfield 'shop' fixture, the broker_code drift edit, the design brief + real canvas reference, and a deployable landing page (demos/landing/) embedding the six MP4s. - Media lives where it's used: README GIFs in docs/assets/demos/, landing MP4s in demos/landing/media/. The recorder's node_modules and the regenerable render output are gitignored.
