"We would like a filter to view inactive referrals. These are referrals with over seven days of no activity, or no reports submitted.
All referrals should have scheduled visits, all scheduled visits should have a report submitted. Occasionally, service workers stop working referrals because parents stop corresponding or stop attending visits. This also happens when multiple service workers are working the same referral, and the ownership of the referral is not clear.
We often search for inactive referrals, and it would help if there was a filter to expedite this process.
