Browser list activation relied on double-click timing inside Orion controls. Moving activation to the platform event leaves WebGL without double-click notifications.

Generate button-down followed by a single double-click event for mouse clicks and touch taps, with time, button, and position checks. Reset after a pair so a third press does not activate again. Use the owned message queue on current main.

Validation: the actual click-generation helper passes C smoke checks for event ordering, triple clicks, timeouts, pointer movement, and button changes. The full native platform test suite passes. CI builds the full WebGL backend.
