* feat(release): publish to npm via trusted publishing (OIDC) Replace the long-lived NPM_TOKEN secret with GitHub Actions OIDC, mirroring the kafka repo's setup: install an npm CLI with trusted-publishing support and fail fast if id-token permissions are missing, exchange the GitHub OIDC token for a short-lived npm token, and publish through that token instead of semantic-release/npm's own publish step. * fix: update code style
