  • One new release key signs the GitHub APK and the Play bundle; Play App Signing will hold the same key. The four CASSINI_RELEASE_* secrets are set; CI has no password fallbacks.
  • Tag builds also make the Play bundle, check its certificate, and upload it to the internal testing track once PLAY_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON is set (docs/release.md, "Google Play").
  • Fixes the release-lint failure that stopped the v0.2.0 tag (ui_ic_logo is used only by a screenshot test).
  • Prepares 0.3.0 (versionCode 13): 0.2.0 was never published, so 0.3.0 carries its changes. Users of 0.1.x must uninstall once because of the new key.

Google Play refuses the beta key, which is the Android debug keystore. One new
release key now signs the GitHub APK and the Play bundle, and Play App Signing
holds it too, so installs from either source update each other. The CI secrets
have no fallbacks, and tag builds fail until the release key's digest is in
scripts/release-signing-cert.sha256.

Tag builds also make the Play bundle, check its certificate and upload it to
the internal testing track when PLAY_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON is set.

Release lint failed the v0.2.0 tag: only a screenshot test draws ui_ic_logo,
so the logo and its colour are marked as kept on purpose.

0.2.0 was tagged but never published, so 0.3.0 carries its changes. The
Settings screenshots show the new version number.
