[Bug] cloning:run cannot be run with PHAR executable

Error displayed when trying "cloning:run" command.

Expected behaviour

Cloning started without errors.

Steps to reproduce

using the PHAR file, start a cloning run (without dry-run)

Environment

WSL

Latest Clonio version

PHP 8.5

Error was created in the PR: #85

Solution:

Re-add the lines specified by the laravel-zero documentation.

Same error with the standalone binary.
linux-x86-64 version

The one fetched through composer works.
