fix(wear): pure black app background (Play rejection fix) - #33

Address the Wear App Quality Guidelines Color rejection for versionCode 5. Replace the dark green screen background with Color.Black and paint the Scaffold black edge to edge. Bump the Wear versionName to 1.1.2; phone app unchanged.

When the documented Google Play workflow is run with its default inputs, .github/workflows/publish-google-play.yml still exports VERSION_NAME=1.1.1 to the Wear build, so this environment lookup overrides the new fallback and the uploaded 1.1.2 release is still labeled 1.1.1. Update the workflow default alongside this bump so the normal Wear release path produces the intended version metadata.

Google Play rejected the Wear OS bundle (versionCode 5) on Oct 13 2026 under the Wear App Quality Guidelines: "Background not black — Your app does not use a black background for all apps and tiles."
The watch theme set
