Introduce state file in Cisco WLC AP status mode to reduce the load on the device by running fewer SNMP walks

Description

When a WLC has mor than 150 APs and you monitor the AP with a single dedicated check per AP the CPU goes up and all checks goes in timeout. I've introduced the statefiles to save the OID of the instances to avoid snmpwalks and speed up the requests.
