I build internal systems, automations and data workflows, and help set up the infrastructure needed to test and run them.

I'm studying Information Systems at UFLA and working as an IT Support Technician at the City Hall of Lavras. Alongside support, I developed a service order platform now in pilot phase, prepared its Docker environment, worked with Windows Server virtual machines and networks, and transformed operational data for analysis.

My current focus is software development and operations, with data and AI as complementary strengths. I'm exploring where I can contribute most across building, deploying and maintaining useful systems.

I work with technical support and IT infrastructure in a public-sector environment, including troubleshooting, workstation setup, Active Directory users, Windows Server, and network connectivity.

I also developed an internal service order platform that is now in pilot phase, prepared a Docker-based pilot environment on a dedicated device, worked with Windows Server virtual machines, and transformed data on copying, printing and costs for internal analysis.
