Remove Latin phrases from content

fixes #525

This PR replaces some common Latin phrases with English equivalents. For this, episodes were searched for common latin phrases from here and here.

Phrases that were found and replaced are: "de facto", "vice versa" and "consensus

Phrases that were found but not replaced: "etc.", "per", "versus", "vs"
These were not replaced because they were considered so common that they pose no problem. However, this is still open for discussion.

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.

Also note that, although the names are not the same - this is one and the same virtual environment and changes done to it in PyCharm or the command line will effect the other.

I forgot to post yesterday - Erdem has had a look through the material and thinks the changes all make sense. I'll merge the PR now.
