chore: hold Node major bumps in Dependabot; ignore local .claude state - #53

- dependabot.yml (docker): ignore semver-major updates of the node base image. Dependabot proposed node:22 -> node:26 (#48) while CI tests on 22 and 26 isn't LTS until 2026-10-28. Major runtime upgrades should move CI node-version and both Dockerfiles together; digest/minor/patch updates still come through. - Exclude .claude/ from ESLint and tsconfig, and git-ignore .claude/worktrees/: Claude Code sub-agent worktrees are full repo copies and inflated local lint/type-check runs (1103 vs 243 anys).
