On project pages, replace the plain authors line with: status badge, summary, team as circular headshots (name + link to team page), and a collaborators line. Project pages previously inherited the paper layout's empty PDF/DOI sidebar (col-lg-3), pushing the body right and out of line with the title. Split the layout: projects render image-left with title, meta, and body in one aligned full-width column; paper pages keep their sidebar unchanged. - Gallery grid + click-to-enlarge lightbox (prev/next, keyboard) at the bottom of /team/, auto-listing web-optimized photos from images/gallery/. - Add 13 lab photos, resized/compressed for web (~30MB originals -> ~6MB optimized + thumbnails); full-res originals kept out of git (.gitignore). - Repoint the contact Find-us photo to the optimized copy; drop the redundant full-size images/team/fun1.jpg. HEIC converted to web JPEG), re-optimized and renumbered lab-01..26 with thumbnails. - Give the contact "Find us" photo a stable filename (images/find-us.jpg) so it no longer depends on gallery numbering. Rail labels are black, not bold, with a maroon timeline node. - Team: Collaborators shown as smaller circular avatars to distinguish them from lab members. - Projects: status rail (Active/Completed) replaces the filter pills; cards slimmed to 3-4 across; figures shown whole (contain on white) like papers.
