Plugin dependency installation uses the active Python interpreter, handles paths with spaces without a shell, and stops on pip errors instead of continuing with missing dependencies.

Updated against current v2, including the API consistency changes.

Validation:

  • 791 required Core tests pass against the installed candidate wheel.
  • Coordinated installed-wheel checks: 2,398 passed across all four repositories, with 43 allowed optional skips and no unexpected skips or source-import violations.
  • All 52 integration test IDs collect against the candidate wheels. This is selection validation, not scientific qualification.
