feat: add polyhedron metrics to the upper level functions

Problem

We don't have polyhedron metrics (volume, bond length, angles) in the upper level functions. But we use this metrics in most of the cases of CIF analysis.
Now, to make this calculation, the user should go to the functions inside cifkit, which is usually quite complicated.

I asked Oliynyk about that and that what he answered:
"Yes, the output metrics with the visuals would be great! I imagine that cifkit might be helpful if you load a CIF and it outputs entire report on the structure"

Proposed solution

Add polyhedron metrics calculation to the upper level functions
Additionally we can add this metrics to the polyhedron plot (this might be also useful in some cases)

I can work on it, but it might take me some time, because I haven't worked with Classes in python much before.

Could you please define what you'd mean by "upper level functions?"

So we can easily call it with a cifkit.

Now (maybe I just don't know how) we cannot get polyhedron metrics straight after importing CIF file.

My idea is to have an option to get polyhedron metrics same as we do with plot_polyhedron

so it will be something like:

cif = Cif(123.cif)

cif.polyhedron_metrics("Cu1")

-->
volume: 12.32
Cl1-Cl3: 2.3
Cl1-Cu1: 2.3
Cl1-Cu-Cl2: 90

and so on for the polyhedron

also add an option to add this metrics to the plot_polyhedron function, so it will be displayed on the output:

Because now we can only do CN calculations and closes distance calculations for the CIFs. But we mainly interested in the polyhedron metrics in our research
