…eckstyle rules - checkstyle tool version 12.3.0 -> 14.3.0 - junit-bom 6.0.1 -> 6.1.3 - mockito-core 5.21.0 -> 5.24.0 - rhino-all 1.9.0 -> 1.9.1 - Enables new checkstyle rules: SummaryJavadoc, ArrayBracketNoWhitespace, UnnecessaryTypeArgumentsWithRecordPattern, MultilineCommentLeadingAsteriskPresence; removes JavadocStyle (no longer exists in newer checkstyle) - Fixes the violations the new rules surfaced (mostly missing Javadoc summaries and first-sentence periods, plus leading asterisks in commented-out code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
