Reduces the 'What NOT to flag' section from 21 lines of repetitive bullets to a single concise paragraph. Maintains all core guidance while saving ~380 tokens (~9% of false positive section). Key principle preserved: 'When in doubt, look for clusters of tells, not isolated ones.' - Removed verbose bullet list (§ Perfect grammar through § Secondhand text) - Consolidated into single principle + concrete examples - No loss of functional guidance Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
