Reject unrelated PATH shims and cross-channel binary matches. Preserve explicit commands, Nix store discovery, and Flatpak detection. Align Chrome app IDs and regenerate existing desktop entries without renaming profiles or replacing icons. Validate regression tests, full local gate, GTK dialogs, GNOME Wayland association, and release build.
