- remove duplicated GNOME layout normalization - obtain layouts and settings from layout-switcher - preserve active layout metadata after installation - reject invalid or incomplete export manifests
- remove Big-Blue and Orchis layout handling - always clear and disable User Themes - preserve native Shell color behavior per layout - cover all GNOME layouts in light and dark modes
- state files live in /tmp/big_*, not /run/biglinux-live
- document each live to installed path mapping
- note that a missing file means "not selected"
- clarify /run/biglinux-live belongs to Calamares and integrity helpers
