Found while filling in the project profile:

  • make install ran uv sync --group dev without the extras, while CONTRIBUTING.md and CI install them; without them make test fails its coverage threshold. It now runs the same command;
  • CI tested Python 3.12 and 3.13; it now tests 3.14 too, and the classifiers list it (688 unit tests pass on 3.14 locally);
  • the issue template config linked to GitHub Discussions, which are disabled: the link is gone;
  • .agents/project.md follows these changes.

- make install: run `uv sync --group dev --all-extras`, as CONTRIBUTING.md
  and CI do; without the extras `make test` fails its coverage threshold.
- CI: add Python 3.14 to the unit-test matrix, so it covers every minor
  version from the requires-python floor (3.12) to 3.14, and add the 3.14
  classifier to pyproject.toml.
- Issue templates: drop the contact link to GitHub Discussions, which are
  disabled here, and the contact_links key it leaves empty.
- Project profile: update the install command and the CI Python versions.
