Warn about automatic MongoDB 8 migration when changing Parse version - #840

Replaces the FormNote bars, made for a single centered line, with notices following the modal cards style (icon, left aligned text, light border). The migration warning is hidden while saving, when the progress notice is shown. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Shows a button to the Typeform when the migration fails or times out, when saving is refused before the migration starts, and for versions the API marks as migrationBlocked (storage limit or plan), which can be selected to see the reason but not saved.
