Use signed shared Go setup/cache action v1.0.1 and remove the duplicated local helpers. Existing compiler/workload inputs, commands, runner admission, permissions and test gates are preserved. Automatic post-job trimming retains the existing warm-cache key format; v1.0.1 correctly exposes read-write restore keys and measurements.
